Remake Learning Events/Classes

We’re excited to host two Remake Learning workshops at Sealed by Nature — a Melt & Pour Soap Class and a Bath Bomb Making Class. Thanks to the generous support of Remake Learning, these hands-on experiences are being offered to the public at a reduced registration price to make creative learning accessible to more families in our community.

These workshops give participants the opportunity to learn by making. As they create together, they’ll practice communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and simple planning while following guided steps and making their own design choices. Along the way, they’ll discover how everyday products are made, explore thoughtful use of materials, and experience a welcoming space centered on creativity, curiosity, and shared learning.

Melt & Pour Soap Making class: May 2, 6:00 -7:30

This interactive Melt & Pour Soap Making class invites community members of all ages to design and pour their own custom soaps using premium soap bases, pliable soap dough, mica colors, fragrances inspired by florals and fruits, and a variety of molds and decorative embeds. Participants will experiment with shaping, layering, and assembling soap components while learning how materials behave, making thoughtful design choices, and working through the process from start to finish in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Bath Bomb Making class: May 8, 6:00 - 7:30

In this hands-on Bath Bomb Making class, children and adults will create beautifully scented, skin-loving bath bombs using professional-quality ingredients. Participants will choose from a curated selection of spring-inspired colors and fragrances, experiment with botanicals or subtle shimmer, and learn the basics of bath bomb formulation through measuring, mixing, molding, and drying. A simple, age-appropriate pH experiment will be demonstrated to help participants understand how ingredients interact and why balance matters in skincare products. Each participant will leave with multiple custom bath bombs to enjoy or gift.
