All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Pennsylvania.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Responsibility

Sealed by Nature is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy is in place to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@sealedbynature.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sealed by Nature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly or choosing a secure delivery location.
